HOW dO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Order can be placed over the phone or via email.
Initial branded orders require a 50% deposit paid at the time the order is placed & balance due prior to dispatch.
Credit can be applied for once a sales history has been established.
turnaround time for promotional product orderS?
For branded stock apparel & promotional items turnaround time is usually 2-3 weeks from artwork sign off.
Urgent orders can be accommodated quicker depending on the current workload.
For Custom Made Clothing, turnaround time will wary and will be advised at time of quoting.
TURNAROUND TIME FOR TROPHY ORDERS
We stock a large range of trophies which allows us to fill orders quickly especially if engraving is not required.
Depending upon the style of engraving required and current work loads, an engraved trophy could be available for collection or delivery the following day.
Custom made trophies are quoted on an individual basis and production times vary depending upon the detail of the piece and the workload of our team.
ORDER DELIVERY / COLLECTION
Delivery charges apply to all orders & are quoted at time of order.
You are welcome to arrange your own courier to pick up from our location.
